Portland and Weymouth
Spinnaker House is only a short drive across the causeway to Weymouth and is well served by bus routes and a local taxi service. The Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy (WPNSA), home to 2012 Olympic sailing and pre-Olympic training and test events, Ferrybridge windsurfing and kitesurfing sites and dive centres are just a few minutes walk away. The sea is almost on your doorstep and offers fantastic country and seashore walks around Chesil Cove or the seventeen miles of pebbles along Chesil Bank stretching along the Fleet Nature Reserve to Abbotsbury
